Client confidentiality and non-disclosure

• A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available for every engagement and can be signed before any commercially sensitive material is shared.
• Client data, project notes and board materials are accessed only by me — never by subcontractors or associates.

Data security and retention

• Client data is kept for the engagement and for 30 days after it ends, then deleted, unless the law requires it to be kept.
• Client and contact data is never sold, brokered or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Intellectual property boundaries

• Deliverables created specifically for a client — playbooks, commercial models, diagnostics and team materials — belong to the client.
• SystemizeGTM™ frameworks, templates and diagnostic methods remain practice assets, licensed to the client for its own use.

AI governance and responsible tooling

• AI may be used to speed up analysis and drafting; every recommendation is reviewed and owned by me.
• Client-confidential data — pipeline figures, customer records and internal strategy — is never entered into AI tools that train public models.
• Only business-grade AI tools whose terms exclude training on submitted data are used for client work.

Commercial integrity and conflicts of interest

• If an engagement could conflict with existing work, such as for a direct competitor, I will tell you before work starts.
• Technology recommendations are vendor-neutral: no referral fees, commissions or kickbacks from CRM, sales technology or software vendors.

Site privacy and communications

• Enquiries sent through this website are used only to respond to you and are visible only to me.
• Newsletter emails are sent only to people who opt in, and every email lets you unsubscribe immediately.
• Questions about privacy, security or compliance can be sent to management@systemizegtm.com.

India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Personal data of people in India is handled following the principles of the DPDP Act:

• Personal data is collected with clear notice and consent, for a stated purpose, and only as much as that purpose needs.
• You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time.
• You can nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with me before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.

European Union: General Data Protection Regulation

Personal data of people in the EU and EEA is handled following the principles of the GDPR:

• Personal data is processed on a lawful basis — your consent, a contract with you or a legitimate interest — that is explained to you.
• You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing.
• Where personal data is transferred outside the EU, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used, and you can complain to your local supervisory authority.
